根据API的介绍，凡是需要插入有序几何图形集(OGS)中的特征都需要实现CATIInputDescription接口。
This interface should be implemented for features to insert into an Ordered Geometrical Set.
It says through GetFeatureType method whether a feature generates a new "geometrical base" or modifies an existing geometry.
